**What is the free trial?**

Lessons for days 1-3 are free in the app. To continue after that, you join the 30-day program.

**Where do I enrol?**

Enrolment is on our website only. There is no purchase inside the app.

**How does access unlock after I pay?**

Sign in to the app with the same mobile number you gave when you enrolled, and access unlocks automatically.

**What if access has not unlocked after I paid?**

A UPI payment can take up to 2 hours to confirm; please do not pay again. Check that you signed in with the same mobile number you gave when you enrolled. Then tap 'Restore access' in the app.

**Can I study without an internet connection?**

Yes. Downloaded lessons and practice questions work offline. Only the AI tutor needs an internet connection.

**Is TNPSC Guide the official TNPSC website?**

No. TNPSC Guide is not affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). Rely only on tnpsc.gov.in for exam announcements, and only on apply.tnpscexams.in, linked from it, for applications.
