This page is for you if you are new to TNPSC. Follow the five steps in order.
1. What is TNPSC?
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducts the competitive exams for Tamil Nadu government posts. Notifications, dates and results are published officially on tnpsc.gov.in.
2. Which exam is yours?
Each exam has its own education requirement. The Exams page has a page for each exam. Confirm your eligibility in that exam's notification.
3. Read the notification
The age limits, education, fee and last date are in the notification. Read all of it. Notifications are on the Notifications page of tnpsc.gov.in. For Group 4, see how to read the notification.
4. Look at the exam pattern and the syllabus
The Group 4 page lists the parts, questions, marks and units with the official links.
5. One lesson a day
A little study every day is the simplest way. The TNPSC Guide app has lessons for Group 4 only for now, and the lessons for the first 3 days are free. Read about the 30-day program too. You can follow these five steps without the app.
