About these terms

These terms apply to the TNPSC Guide Android app, this website and our enrolment page, run by Eagleminds Technologies ("we", "us"). By using TNPSC Guide you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

The 30-day program and your access

• The Group 4 program is a guided 30-day plan: 30 lessons, 30 practice sets, 3 mock tests, the AI tutor (up to 10 questions a day) and offline downloads.
• Free trial: 3 days from your first lesson, covering the Day 1 to Day 3 lessons, the tutor at 3 questions a day and one sectional mock test.
• Access period: the batch dates shown on the enrolment page and in the app. Access ends at 23:59 India time on the last day.
• After access ends: the notes of lessons you studied, your revision list and your progress reports stay readable. New lessons, practice, mock tests and the tutor are locked until you join a later batch; your progress carries over.

Enrolment on the website only

• You enrol and pay only on our website. The app has no purchase button and never asks for payment.
• The fee is the one shown on the enrolment page when you pay. Payments are handled by Razorpay.
• Access unlocks in the app when your payment is confirmed and matched to the phone number you sign in with. If you paid with a different number, use "Restore access" in the app with your Payment ID, or contact us.

Acceptable use

• One account is for one person. Do not share your account.
• Lessons, notes, questions and mock tests are for your own study. Do not copy, resell or publish them.
• Do not misuse the AI tutor, try to break or overload the service, or access other learners' data.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after telling you why.

Content accuracy and error reports

• Every question, note and lesson carries a source and is checked by a human reviewer before it is published. Even so, mistakes can happen.
• If you find a mistake, use "Report an error" on the question. We aim to review each report within 2 days and tell you the outcome.
• AI tutor answers can be wrong. Check important points in your notes, or use "Ask a human".

No guarantee of results

TNPSC Guide helps you prepare. We do not guarantee selection, marks or any exam result. We do not predict results and we do not give legal advice on eligibility.

The official notification is the authority

Exam dates, the syllabus, eligibility, the exam pattern and the minimum marks are set by TNPSC. If anything in TNPSC Guide differs from the official notification on tnpsc.gov.in, the official notification is correct. We do not publish exam dates before the official notification.
