Notes to the table
- #: no maximum age for BC(OBCM)s, BCMs, MBCs/DCs, SCs, SC(A)s and STs whose general educational qualification is higher than SSLC (page 8).
- No maximum age means you must not have completed 60 on 01.07.2026 or at selection or appointment (para 4.1.4, page 8).
- †: Typist 3846 and Steno Typist 3847: the reserved table gives a BCM limit only. Executive Officer 1655: that table has no BCM limit (page 7).
- Forest Watcher and Forest Guard: persons with benchmark disability cannot apply (pages 6 and 8).
The qualification differs by post: SSLC for most, a degree or a typewriting certificate for some. See para 4.2 of the notification (pages 9–14).
